Now as Practice and Operations Manager, J.C. oversees the day-to-day management of our offices, coordinating with attorneys and staff to ensure clients receive timely, effective support. He continues to focus on efficiency, client care, and the systems that allow our team to deliver consistent results.

Kelly oversees intake operations in Oklahoma, ensuring clients receive prompt support and guidance from the moment they contact the office. She also leads our marketing efforts, drawing on her expertise in social media strategy, branding, and revenue development to expand P. I.’s reach and connect with those in need of legal assistance.

Patsy Luman serves as Administrative Analyst, bringing decades of administrative and customer service expertise to the team. Her career began as an executive secretary in the oil and insurance industries, followed by a role supporting leadership in a management consulting firm. She later transitioned into customer service, advancing to head manager of Florafax’s national call center, where she oversaw operations and staff development.
For the past 18 years, Patsy worked in the casino industry, progressing from the Players Club to Guest Services, where she was recognized for her dedication to client satisfaction and team support. In her current role, she applies her organizational skills and leadership experience to strengthen daily operations.
